wrong items completely as in the tacos were beef when none of us had ordered a beef taco and the other items were things that we didnt even order When attempting to explain to her what we actually wanted shed walk away before we were done talking and wed keep having to say No no were not done After we managed to explain what we wanted the food was corrected pretty quickly within a minute actually The quality of the chicken was questionable it actually tasted like canned tuna which leads me to believe that theyre using canned chicken for the AYCE entrees The taco was kinda gross tasting but the Quesadilla and Burrito were decent for a AYCE deal I assume because the sauce hid the can taste betternnIt soon came time to reorder She took our orders and it was about another 2030 minutes before the new orders returned again wrong for 2 out of the 4 When I stated that Id ordered a chicken Quesadilla and Burrito not cheese she looked me dead in the eye pointed at me and yelled You told me cheese and then gave me a dirty look before walking off This wasnt playful she was insinuating that we were purposefully giving her wrong orders or something of the sort After this a manager came over and asked what my order was supposed to be I told her the order and asked for more rice and beans A few minutes later the corrected order came out without rice and beans The next 20 minutes were spent with Elena walking by giving us dirty looks and sarcastically asking if we were ready to leavennSo overall there were a couple takeaways 1 Elena needs to pay a lot more attention to orders and should probably try harder not to get an attitude with customers when she gets things wrong 2 There is a purposeful delay in AYCE reorders which is pretty shady Each reorder took 30 minutes to an hour to come out but the corrections were done absolutely instantly So dont expect diligence because they are definitely limiting how much you can eat 3 The chicken is very low quality in the
