Ali customized an itinerary that fit our needs exactly and was flexible and patient on changes, even right down to the last minute due to a flight cancellation. Our guide, Ismail, was professional yet friendly and fun, sharing the history, information on the sights, and insights into the culture while insuring our well being. Our driver, Mohammed, was a great driver as well as extremely consider and polite. Both were exceptional at their jobs yet seemed more like trusted friends rather than guides. They even threw a birthday party in the middle of the desert! Right down to birthday hats (even for the camels) and cake and candles! Even without the birthday party, I would highly recommend Camel Safaris to anyone traveling to Morocco.I can't imagine anyone offering a better experience!","review_rating":5.0,"sentiment_class":"positive","sentiment_result":0.905743438888889,"sentiment_breakdown":[["I chose Camel Safaris because of their 5 star reviews and am happy to be adding another one- I'd give more if I could!",["positive",0.91226393]],["Ali customized an itinerary that fit our needs exactly and was flexible and patient on changes, even right down to the last minute due to a flight cancellation.",["positive",0.9141074]],["Our guide, Ismail, was professional yet friendly and fun, sharing the history, information on the sights, and insights into the culture while insuring our well being.",["positive",0.9633791]],["Our driver, Mohammed, was a great driver as well as extremely consider and polite.",["positive",0.977289]],["Both were exceptional at their jobs yet seemed more like trusted friends rather than guides.",["positive",0.9680463]],["They even threw a birthday party in the middle of the desert!",["unknown",0.57868737]],["Right down to birthday hats (even for the camels) and cake and candles!",["positive",0.93089515]],["Even without the birthday party, I would highly recommend Camel Safaris to anyone traveling to Morocco.",["positive",0.95077]],["I can't imagine anyone offering a better experience!",["positive",0.9562527]]],"reviewer_fake_points":-70}

It was the most incredible tour we could have hoped for! This country is ridiculously beautiful!\n\nOur tour guide, Youssef, really made the trip what it was. He was so friendly and knowledgeable, and took us to some amazing places. Every place we stayed was fantastic, and all really different from each other. The food was incredible, and the bedding was nice and clean and comfy!\n\nWe were also really happy to see that the camels all seemed really happy and well looked after, as that was something that was really important to us.\n\nIt's taken us a really long time to review this, because we wanted to put the time aside to make sure we gave this experience the credit it is due! Cannot recommend it highly enough. We will never forget it!","review_rating":5.0,"sentiment_class":"positive","sentiment_result":0.8855110954545455,"sentiment_breakdown":[["My partner and I took a 4 day, 3 night trip from Marrakech, through Ouazazarte, out to the Erg Chebbi dunes, and then back.",["unknown",0.783065]],["It was the most incredible tour we could have hoped for!",["positive",0.9540394]],["This country is ridiculously beautiful!",["positive",0.952677]],["Our tour guide, Youssef, really made the trip what it was.",["unknown",0.76017386]],["He was so friendly and knowledgeable, and took us to some amazing places.",["positive",0.9608198]],["Every place we stayed was fantastic, and all really different from each other.",["positive",0.9408851]],["The food was incredible, and the bedding was nice and clean and comfy!",["positive",0.96901065]],["We were also really happy to see that the camels all seemed really happy and well looked after, as that was something that was really important to us.",["positive",0.8147216]],["It's taken us a really long time to review this, because we wanted to put the time aside to make sure we gave this experience the credit it is due!",["unknown",0.7837894]],["Cannot recommend it highly enough.",["positive",0.9172795]],["We will never forget it!",["positive",0.90416074]]],"reviewer_fake_points":20}

We looked at 5 different companies. \n\nThe tour was execellent. The guides were all very good and we learnt so much. The guides were very welcoming to any question. \n\nWe feel very lucky to have had Khalid as our Driver / Guide. Khalid was just a fantastic companion for the 10 days. No question or request was a problem.\n\nOur trip was during Ramadan and we found this to be no problem and probably amplified our learnings of the culture. \n\nThere were many highlights of the tour although our trek in the Atlas Mountains was unforgettable and we will likely return to explore this area further.\n\nWe would recommend Camel Safaris for your trip to Morocco.","review_rating":5.0,"sentiment_class":"positive","sentiment_result":0.8520787891666668,"sentiment_breakdown":[["Booked a tour where we would be picked up from Tangier and then stay at ChefChouen, Fes, Sahara, Ouarzazate, Imlil, Marrakech and then fly out from Casablanca.",["unknown",0.46293646]],["Communication with Ali in the lead up was excellent and we chose Camel Safaris as Ali was excellent in repsonding.",["positive",0.95266634]],["We looked at 5 different companies.",["positive",0.7926612]],["The tour was execellent.",["unknown",0.538124]],["The guides were all very good and we learnt so much.",["positive",0.96041703]],["The guides were very welcoming to any question.",["positive",0.894437]],["We feel very lucky to have had Khalid as our Driver / Guide.",["positive",0.98304474]],["Khalid was just a fantastic companion for the 10 days.",["positive",0.9520578]],["No question or request was a problem.",["positive",0.91387653]],["Our trip was during Ramadan and we found this to be no problem and probably amplified our learnings of the culture.",["positive",0.8898088]],["There were many highlights of the tour although our trek in the Atlas Mountains was unforgettable and we will likely return to explore this area further.",["positive",0.91868067]],["We would recommend Camel Safaris for your trip to Morocco.",["positive",0.9662349]]],"reviewer_fake_points":50}

{"reviewer_id":"6EC3B36AA53C8DDAFE74AAC753B05999","reviewer_name":"bluepig83","review_text":"I booked the 4 Day / 3 Night luxury desert tour beginning in Fes and ending in Marrakech.\n\nI originally had thought about renting a car and driving the route myself (would be more cost-effective), but ultimately decided that all the driving would be too exhausting. Although most of the roads are fairly easy to navigate, there were stretches in Merzouga that required some off-roading and portions of the road through the High Atlas mountains before Marrakech that were under construction, so ultimately, having a tour-company provided vehicle and experienced driver was a good thing.\n\nMustapha was a seasoned driver and quite reliable and punctual. It was a pleasant experience riding in the car with him and he was very willing to answer my questions on a variety of topics ranging from things seen on the road, the country of Morocco, culture and religion, etc. He also was aware of great spots along the road to stop at for gorgeous viewpoints of the surrounding countryside.\n\nFor those who like to travel in a more leisurely manner, the extra day in Merzouga (4-Day Tour) allows for plenty of time to relax by the pool in the beautiful accommodations. The contrast between the blue of the pool and the sand dunes in the backdrop is stunning. However, if your itinerary is compressed for time, I personally think you wouldn't miss out too much by only doing the 3-day tour (seeing the traditional Gnawa dance and learning a bit about them is cool, but you already get to experience Berber singing and drumming at the desert camp anyway, which, though not the same, is quite similar to a tourist's untrained ears).\n\nThe main downside for my trip was that the A/C in the vehicle was a bit inconsistent at times. Perhaps due to the heat outside and the strain on the car, sometimes the air coming out of the vents would also be hot. I noticed that our driver was aware of the issue and that he would try remedy the issue and would sometimes roll down the windows to get the breeze going, so I appreciated the effort. It would have been nice to enjoy the A/C more consistently, but I guess you get more of a feel for the countryside with the windows rolled down.","review_rating":4.0,"sentiment_class":"positive","sentiment_result":0.8561793415384616,"sentiment_breakdown":[["I booked the 4 Day / 3 Night luxury desert tour beginning in Fes and ending in Marrakech.",["positive",0.81188387]],["I originally had thought about renting a car and driving the route myself (would be more cost-effective), but ultimately decided that all the driving would be too exhausting.",["unknown",0.7746213]],["Although most of the roads are fairly easy to navigate, there were stretches in Merzouga that required some off-roading and portions of the road through the High Atlas mountains before Marrakech that were under construction, so ultimately, having a tour-company provided vehicle and experienced driver was a good thing.",["positive",0.8341816]],["Mustapha was a seasoned driver and quite reliable and punctual.",["positive",0.95637316]],["It was a pleasant experience riding in the car with him and he was very willing to answer my questions on a variety of topics ranging from things seen on the road, the country of Morocco, culture and religion, etc.",["positive",0.90020317]],["He also was aware of great spots along the road to stop at for gorgeous viewpoints of the surrounding countryside.",["positive",0.9745694]],["For those who like to travel in a more leisurely manner, the extra day in Merzouga (4-Day Tour) allows for plenty of time to relax by the pool in the beautiful accommodations.",["positive",0.9574197]],["The contrast between the blue of the pool and the sand dunes in the backdrop is stunning.",["positive",0.9629854]],["However, if your itinerary is compressed for time, I personally think you wouldn't miss out too much by only doing the 3-day tour (seeing the traditional Gnawa dance and learning a bit about them is cool, but you already get to experience Berber singing and drumming at the desert camp anyway, which, though not the same, is quite similar to a tourist's untrained ears).",["unknown",0.65477777]],["The main downside for my trip was that the A/C in the vehicle was a bit inconsistent at times.",["positive",0.9435861]],["Perhaps due to the heat outside and the strain on the car, sometimes the air coming out of the vents would also be hot.",["unknown",0.5666764]],["I noticed that our driver was aware of the issue and that he would try remedy the issue and would sometimes roll down the windows to get the breeze going, so I appreciated the effort.",["positive",0.94472647]],["It would have been nice to enjoy the A/C more consistently, but I guess you get more of a feel for the countryside with the windows rolled down.",["positive",0.8483271]]],"reviewer_fake_points":-5}
