Manhattan aesthetics is a well run business with a eager to please, friendly staff. The office itself is absolutely adorable and they have a ton of services to offer! Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. The staff is the best and hasn't changed.
Natalie and olga are the best and they know what is the best treatment or combination of treatments for you, they never disappoint. Came in for laser genesis full face for redness and texture. Had an amazing facial with natalie today.
Cons
Not a twitch, not a wiggle, just a shiny rubber forehead. These gimmicks just don't work. Lack of transparency re pricing, units and anticipated results.

Craig and natalie consulted me and recommended i have the vivace explaining that ipl would not go deep enough nor do much to resurface my skin but that vivace would be my best option because it is microneedling with radio frequency energy and will go much deeper to stimulate collagen and resurface the scars

The three sessions cost 1800 which is a lot more expensive than ipl but also about the same price my dermatologist charged for a single co2 laser treatment that did nothing for my acne scars

Update week 6 while they claim im not likely see any results until week 6 to 12 that was happily untrue for me
