It started the last week of june and is still not done

Then the linoleum that was suppose to be put in was not layed flat but on an uneven surface which created creases and it was stepped on but they still tried to install it anyway until my grandparents said something

When the contractor came in to lay the linoleum he said there was no way it could be used
