My father was here for one month and declined both mentally and physically

He lost 18 lbs was confused most of the time and lost physical strength

The staff took hours to answer his call button and when they did they werent always nice

I will say that the front office and care team members were always very pleasant on the phone and did help when i made specific requests but other than that the care of patients is very poor

I had to reach out for some type of confirmation they received the info for placement
