I wanted a rhynoplasty  (nose job) since I was a little girl. My nose was too big for my face with a rather large hump. I finally saved the money for the procedure and chose Dr. Brahme as my surgent. Worst decision ever. $6000 plus the discomfort of recovery later, I was left with the same large nose. It was even worse. Dr. Brahme removed the hump from one side but not the other, leaving my nose looking awfully crooked. The tip was unchanged even though that was one of the problem areas. I was so dissapointed and frustarted by the results. I now have to get revision rhynoplasty, which is both expensive and complex. I urge anyone considering Dr. BRAHME as a surgent to reconsider. He screwed up my nose completely. I'm writing this review 4 years later so the results are final by now. I hope I can prevent someone from having the horrible experience that I had. I'm super happy with my results of my breast augmentation. Dr. Saltz made me feel comfortable with the whole process and she kept her promise of making me look as natural as possible. She is a straight to the point type of gal and I love that. I didn't have any questions left unanswered. Worth every single penny. I went from a D Cup to an A Cup after losing 85lbs, my breasts looked like used tea bags. Now they look like gorgeous melons! Thank you Dr. Saltz! Also can't forget Ruth her nurse.
