I'm still getting the runaround by koeppel mazda that they sent the new check. God forbid he had to do a little more paperwork and help me, the customer, by saving me 2 percent on the loan. And also monthly payments where less aswell.

Mazda financial refuses to call koeppel mazda, and they keep telling me i have to make all the calls. You'd think they'd give a refund for my service or some discount. On august 2nd i get a voicemail from thamina.

They ended up changing 2 of my tires because there was a nail in them. They didn't apologize for not returning my call. Now the mechanic says i need to come back in a few days to see if the car doesn't have any more issues.
