Pros
Kids kab cupertino has multiple vans and the drivers. They have an app that gives alerts when a child is picked up and another alert when he/she is dropped off. The drivers always make sure that they wait until my child is handed over safely.
Kids kab is a reliable service. The pricing is reasonable and paying by credit card is very convenient. They are always flexible with last minute scheduling changes.
Cons
It is for a ride to school, not the grammy's. I echo with some reviewers talking about reckless drivers. Customer service is extremely bad. Boost, by bmw instead.

We picked this company because we have a middle schooler and we were looking at zum too but we did not like the idea of different people in different vehicles picking up our child
