This is a review for Keith's Tree Removal in Wakefield. We needed removal of a large fallen tree as well as removal of several smaller trees near our house for roof clearing. Keith was very prompt at assessing the work that needed to be done and offering a reasonable quote.  His crew did a great job -- we're very satisfied with the work and are impressed by his customer service and thoroughness.  He was very pleasant to work with, and we would highly recommend him for tree removal services.  Read Less

We are so disappointed with our experience with Keith's Tree Removal. They arrived to give us an estimate on time and after obtaining a few other estimates, we decided to go with Keith's Tree Removal.  The reviews I read on yelp were part of why we made this choice, as they weren't the cheapest but close.  We scheduled the time to have the trees removed, signed the form and waited.  On November 2nd, just a few days before our scheduled time I received an email from the company stating the following:" I am emailing you today in regards to the severe weather  that recently came through. our area. We have been inundated with emergency calls with trees on houses,on cars, across driveways etc.     Unfortunately due to the urgent need of these calls, our normal scheduled tree work is going to be delayed. The delay could be up to 3 weeks. If this delay significantly impacts your situation I will work with you on a case by case basis. I will do my best to keep your wait time to a minimum as I am are aware that you have already been scheduled for some time. I will be prioritizing jobs starting with the ones who needed to be cancelled this week.     I apologize for any inconveniences this may cause. I appreciate your patience and understanding under these unusual circumstances. I anticipate that sometime late next week to early the following week I will be able to start to rebuild our schedule.     I will do my best to get in touch with you as soon as possible to get your job back  on our calendar. If you have any further questions, concerns, or requests please feel free to email me back. Thank you again and I look forward to speaking to soon. "I wrote back saying that one of our trees was dangling and in the urgent category and they responded that they would prioritize the rescheduling of our job. That was one month ago and even though I have reached out to inquire about the rescheduling I have still not been contacted by them.  Incredibly unprofessional and disappointing.  Read Less

Estimate/Proposal: Keith's was immediately responsive, set up an appointment with me, and got me a prompt and very competitive estimate. We actually had 4 tree companies set appointments with us and never show up. (We still got 3 estimates, it just took forever)Tree Service: the crew showed up on time, they did excellent in removing 3 trees including a large gangly pine, trimming 2 others, and best of all - they left my yard immaculately clean. The guys were all polite and I had a few questions that were immediately answered.I absolutely recommend Keith's and look to them for any future tree work. Thank you!  Read Less
