The staff was very accommodating and told us that they will refund our money if they can resell the room

They didnt have to do this since the cancelation policy clearly stated that the rooms are nonrefundable but they did it anyway

The only problem we had was the heater didnt seem to work which was fine because it was still warmer than a tent
