We had the wonderfully prepared, soft and buttery, delicately flavored grilled pangasius fish with black fungus and a house special friend rice with lots of attitude, personified by shrimp, pork and chicken strips, shallots and egg

So different to the heavily fried and suffocating- in- oil fried rice one can sometimes get at other restaurants
