Inspector ian was recommended to us by a realtor friend. We're first-time homebuyers with a lot of inspections contractor bids, etc. I feel so much more comfortable and confident having him involved.

He called out several times that the site needed drainage evaluation so i had 3 different contractors evaluate the site and give us bids on that work and had it done in august even though we were in the middle of a drought
