Pros
This is by far the best moving company i've ever used. Totally meticulous, careful, and very efficient movers. Can't pack everything myself, but they did an exceptional job with all of the packing.
Ian is brilliant and it shows in the ease in which he can manuevor something extremely large like a heavy refrigerator from pt a to pt b. I highly recommend ian and won't hesitate to become a repeat customer.
Cons
No explanation, just a rude "no"" and quickly dismissed. Not responsive to suggestions or direction.
