Not the examination part of the visit (he was excellent forgot his name) more so of how i felt as a pet owner

My dogs nails were longer than i like and i requested for them to cut it and the comment the doc said made me feel bad

I've brought both of my dogs here and was extremely pleased with my first visit (panda), my second visit (sophie) not so much
