I have stayed here 5 or 6 times.  Friendly staff. Rooms are always immaculate. Nice quiet hvac system. Air conditioning. Thats a big plus.  Nice neighborhood. Nice bar. Restaurant. Whats not to like?  I have always stayed here on business but I should bring my wife and dog for a weekend. Yes they allow dogs.  Read Less

Hotel Indigo is pet friendly (max of 2 pets per room), and you'll see that guests take advantage of that accommodation as you see them come and go with their dogs. The hotel decor has a very modern take to it and is very clean. The staff is friendly which is always a plus. The room are very spacious. I like how my fiance and I can relax and each do our own thing in the room. They have a Keurig maker for your convenience along with a few different types of coffee and tea pods. If you get a higher room on the right side of the hotel, you'll have an incredible view of Petco Park. You can also visit the 9th floor rooftop bar and have the same exact view. The valet parking is $40/night and allows you to come and go as you please without having to continue to pay the fee. I recommend using valet parking, otherwise you're going to have to fend for yourself-- and GOOD luck if you choose that route in Gaslamp. The pricing here is always very reasonable and as long as we stay in Gaslamp, it will always be our first choice for hotel.  Read Less
