Pros
Took in a suit and wedding dress for alterations. Fits like a glove. Owner is very knowledgeable and friendly, he really knows how to make each garment fit your body to the desired look.
Customer service is top notch. I'm very satisfied with the services they provide. I am very picky with everything and they have been spot on every time.
Cons
I was a bit disappointed by the aesthetics and size of this alterations shop. No decorations, very drab. Guy doesn't even speak much english and keeps it short, which is rude.

I spoke with i think she is the owner and explained i wanted a few inches off the bottom and to make the top a cross back
