Justine is an amazing host. Nick is super friendly and has great customer service. Everything and everyone = supersior. Micki g. Was treated with unbelievable respect; professionalism and kindness.
There is a lounge-like area next to the lobby where there are couches, to hang, tables to eat and relax. In the back of that area is where they had their continental breakfast set up in the morning. Great staff and good continental breakfast.
Got a king bed with spacious room. Long chaise, fridge and coffee maker in room. Bathroom is good size and stacked with anything you may need.
It's walking distance to a target, different plazas, and csus. The location is convenient to the freeway and we liked the convenience to tower brewery and the starbucks. The neighborhood/area the hotel is in is pretty industrial and its right next to ... Read More
Stayed here for 2 nights on a trip to * to visit some friends. Needed a place to stay in * for the night and found this new place. Stayed in a suite with 2 other buddies while passing through. Everything looks chic and new and i would stay here again.... Read More
Cons
I was treated with no value as a guest or respect as a person. I call orbitz they are fine with it as long as hotel approves it. In morning they inform me the management denied it. We were also greeted to the hotel by a lady screaming outside.

No dresser for clothes, only space to hang some clothes.

Unfortunately if wanna open window, it opens only 3 inches and is too close to freeway so too noisy to keep open.
