I filled out the online form to schedule an at-home consultation for sod installation and landscaping, and one of their guys called me two days later saying that he would be here the next day between 12:30 pm-1:30 pm. At 1:30 pm I had to call him to ask him if he was still planning on stopping by and it sounded like he forgot and said he'd be here in 15. 45 minutes later he still was not here, so my husband called him to cancel, and when the guy answered the phone he said, "If this is the lady, I'm around the corner," in a rude tone. I understand this is a critical time we're living in due to COVID-19, but it is also a time when people are staying home with plans for house projects to stay busy. All I expect as a customer is if you're going to be late, just pick up the phone and call. And if you forgot, just be honest. This is a competitive world we live in, and unfortunately for Halls Landscaping, my business will be taken elsewhere.  Read Less
