Ive noticed that most sushi bars have the problem of putting way too much rice and not enough fish but hajime did not

Some sushi bars tend to be too generous with unagi sauce which completely drenches and overpowers most of the flavors in the rolls but hajime did not have this problem at all

Ive been back way too many time to count both dinein and takeout and the quality has never changed
