the facilities were good nThe hotel is within easy reach of Libya and whilst we were there a good proportion of the guests were Libyian and although the restaurant offered several choices the selections reflected their tastes to a large extentnThe grounds and pools were excellent the outside pools were too cold to use at this time of year but the inside pool is very goodnUnfortunately the hotel is being extended and for the whole time we were there the noise from the building work continued from 730 in the morning until 700 at night every day This could be heard in our room in the gardens and even on the beach I am sure all the additional amenities which should be finished for the summer season will be worthwhile and of course building noise will not be a problem for anyone visiting thennNow for the two greatest assets of the hoteln1the excellent staff from the many cleaners barmen waiters to the management and reception team we found everyone attentive helpful cheerful and welcomingn2The exceptional entertainers animation team who worked so hard to ensure everyone enjoyed their stay They went out of their way to learn names and to speak to everyone every day despite the busy schedule of games sports exercise and fun which they organised throughout the daynIn the evenings they led dancing in the main bar and followed this with a different show every night in the theatre All were very talented and their dancing skills amazingnThe interest they showed to the guests the amusement and laughter they created were the outstanding feature of this holiday for usnAlthough the team consisted in all of 12 members and all were just great we would particularly mention Simo Hamza Tchitchou Bingo and Obelix as being the members with whom we had the most contactnFinally we must compliment Jiji for although she was not part of the full time team and was on placement as part of her Paris college course studying the hospitality industry her customer care skills were exceptional taking time to talk to guests answer queries and address any problems She also joined with all the others in the shows games and dancing as if she had been with them forever We feel sure she will be an asset to whoever she works for after her college educationnWe have rated the hotel 4 overall but if there were a separate category the team would warrant 5 without any
