Cons
Rent is way too high for how old and outdated these apartments are. Hallway stairs have 0 ventilation, and they are not cleaned often enough. Apartments just need to be renovated/updated badly.

While i really dont recommend it for couples mostly because i dont see how two people can function with so little closet space a single person could easily fit comfortably in here

I have only had to call upon maintenance twice and each time boom came home and problem was fixed

If i had to comment on a negative it would be the air unit which is just like a unit in the wall similar to what a hotel room air unit would look like

Cool air really only stays in the living room and the unit is pretty loud so that is ehhhhhh but i can live with it

Im giving a zero dont rent from these people you will thank me bad people the maintenance guy sits and stalk you and gets in peoples business and be nosey

Although it is on the cheaper side due to being in a bad neighborhood it is very outdated and the only amenity is the small laundry room which usually one or two are broken all the time
