After reviewing my confirmation a week later , I discovered an error in the booking. They booked me instead for June 11-16. I immediately called on June 11th to inform them of their error. However, I was already charged for a “no show”. The general manager was supposed to call me back regarding the error the next day. I heard nothing from them. After calling this morning, they said they would credit the charges for my July trip. However, the rates in July were now substantially higher than originally quoted. I informed them I had my husband on speaker phone when I booked the reservation and we correctly stated “July” 11-16. The manager told me it was my fault for not checking the correctness of my initial booking online. I felt it necessary to write another review after reading a malicious review posted recently regarding abusive racist treatment and refusal to assist in car retrieval. In no way can anyone give this review any credit whatsoever. I have always been treated with respect and courtesy. Even on my first visit. I am aware however that there are those out there who will do anything possible to obtain gratuitous gifts from management including spreading misinformation. It is truly unfortunate that management in the hospitality industry need to address these posts in an attempt to pacify those who use this and other media forums to spread such misinformation.\nPlease don't give any of these types of posts any credit.
