Pros
The only thing i'd wish they'd do is not rush zeroing out the steering wheel. I'd like perfection in that adjustment. Car feels great! Tesla model 3 performance with eibach springs and needed an alignment afterwards.
The * retentive side of me still prefers the accuracy offered by a calibrated tool. The techs are good about discussing the desired settings once they have the car on the rack.
I know i've kissed a curb or two since my last alignment, so wanted to get one done as soon as possible. Easy to schedule an appointment. Truck was serviced right away.
This place has a repeat customer now! Just came back from fremont alignment. Really reassuring this shop does things right and honest work.
Just had to leave michael another glowing review. Michael's knowledge, expertise, and professional customer service are unbeaten! Michael makes it easy & affordable.
Cons
I highly doubt regular driving would have caused this and a bit surprised since they have a lot of satisfied customers. Maybe i'm just an exception. Poor customer service and communication.

Most people dont really think about wheel alignment for their cars they usually only think about it when they are being upsold something at a national tire place usually offering 34lifetime alignment34 if you buy the tires from them

They have a 6 month warranty but assuming i dont kiss any new curbs i expect ill be good to go until my next set of tires

I normally go to a dealer but they were saying it would take 45 hours for an alignment
