The original price they quoted me was almost double what my insurance quoted them and them

They also took the mandatory payment for the anesthesiologist who is the brother of the surgeon including the 6 fee

Now that my insurance has paid them theyre refusing to give me back the difference without charging me an additional 15 fee for refunding it to my cc which i was told because i use the credit card i had to be refunded to the same credit card
