Honest, professional, courteous and easy to work with. Sometimes you come across a good company like formula and it restores your faith in humanity. A testament to their honesty.
Cons
Formula roofing doesn't provide good customer service. Their final invoice to my insurance was 3x their original quote. The company lacks organizational skills.
