They were supposed to give me a quote after they came by to look at what we wanted to have done in our backyard. It's been 2 weeks already and I haven't heard back from them. I don't know if this is how they usually do business but if I was running a business I'd keep my customers informed. If they didn't want to do business with us, a simple courtesy call to say they couldn't accommodate us would have been nice. Luis helped my parents with some handyman work around their house. I asked Luis some questions on yelp for a quote and he always responded within the day, if not within hours of being asked. He gave an extremely reasonable rate for the work required that day and is pretty flexible and can fit you into his schedule to accommodate yours fairly easily too! When I messaged Luis for a quote, I didn't realize he was way more than a 5-mile radius from me and yet he was able to service my parents area, with no extra cost!Honest work, very reasonable prices, helpful, friendly and best in the area :)He will be our go-to professional handyman, unless/until we move.  Read Less
