This is definitely a family run company if that is something you are looking for. We decided we didn't want to run our heater until we had the vents cleaned, and December is definitely the worst month to try and have vents cleaned (everyone else is thinking the same thing!). We were lucky enough to book an appointment though! Their pricing is very competitive, so if you happen to get a quote from them, expect to pay the same or more if you are trying to compare prices from other vent cleaning companies. Save yourself the trouble and just have them come out to give you a quote. I wasn't home for the actually cleaning, but my wife relayed to me that the cleaners definitely told us that we got our money's worth. Our vents and furnace were super dirty, and there was even paint in the vents! Don't make the same mistake I did, and get your vent cleaning scheduled before winter actually hits.  Read Less
