Pros
I am elated looking at the results. After the first tenant, i didn't think that the stained carpet would be able to be cleaned well but voila, they did the job! There are a couple small oily stains on one cushion that are hard to spot.
Miguel lucci is the guy! They are so charming and helpful! Their service has been top-notch. Miguel is not only courteous, prompt, and genuinely nice, he is a true professional.
Cons
Enviro steam does a good job, but they were over 2 hours late. Bad service, unprofessional, and misleading about pricing. It's a complete scam.

I was also interested in having a surface clean done on my area rug but they said they would not recommend it and the only way to do it properly was to send it out to their facility

The technician who arrived to provide a free quote and potentially clean my carpets was extremely honest and this is why im leaving a 5 star review apparently the carpet i have does not typically fare well with steam cleaning and the technician decided to be honest with me about this and lose out on a 500 job

He inspected the carpet and told me that i might be issues with the carpet glue melting after washing with hot water
