We love this school. My daughter attended since first grade (she's now in 3rd grade).  All excellent teachers so far. PTA is run by passionate parents and provide for many extra things not covered by State (such as music, special field trips and other events). Awesome community (many parents are involved and wants best for the school). Cool school events (such as Movie Night, Science Night, International Day etc). Our 2nd daughter will start Kindergarten next year. She can't wait to start going.  Read Less

This school is terrible.  The education curriculum has been written by those who do not seem to hold better than a high-school level education.   Constant typos and grammatical errors from assignments and from the teachers who grade them. A parent should not have to fix errors in assignments and point them out to teachers who seem clueless on these facts.   The pace of learning is at a snails pace and utilizes out-dated and poorly selected material for the age group. You child will not get any attention and will be considered just another number at this school.  If I were a parent looking in a location that was districted for this school, I would save my money, buy a nicer house in a better location and use the saved money for private school education.   The price of houses in this district and lack of quality in the education provided should be enough to stay away. On top of this I believe the principle is going for politician of the year, and only is worried about how her school looks to her bosses.  She puts little value in teaching children and from my perspective puts the value of their education low.  I would never send my kids to a school, where the principle sends their kids to a different school and district, by her own admission.   The choice to not place your own children in the school you run is very telling.  Read Less
