Update: It was actually four days between my first contact and this ACCURATE review.  It's quite telling that this. person. couldn't be bothered to reply to me until I left a negative review.  Seems he checks Yelp before he checks his business email or voicemail.  Odd. he had plenty of time to send a whiny email about how he is too busy to take 30 seconds to reply to a customer.  If you're busy, change your outgoing voicemail or set up an auto-reply on your email.  Don't just ghost potential clients.  He says that he sometimes fields FORTY calls a week!  Um. that's one per hour.  If that is overwhelming you need a better receptionist.  We all have a lot going on, dude. Your lack of basic follow-up makes me think that your time management could use some fixing.  Something tells me that you could have carved out a few minutes of your alleged four-day nonstop high school graduation rager to tend to your business. I called Woodbridge Painting.  Same-day estimate, and they began the next day.  Excellent craftsmanship.  If you want fast, excellent service  you should call them. This is the first time I've hesitated to write a review, only because I am scared if everyone finds out about Ed, he won't have time for us anymore! He is hands-down just the BEST. He is honest and saved us a ton of money when we were getting our Manassas home ready to sell ("Don't do it this way, do it that way" and "This definitely needs to be done, but you can hold off on this" etc). Then when we moved into our new place in Arlington he came and basically gave it new life with his beautiful paint job. He is also all-around a fun guy to talk to. I am going to hang on to his number because he is THE ONE to call.  Read Less
