I'd give this place negative stars if I could. This place really sucks. My family and I have been coming for years every six months like we're supposed to and every time I went the dentist always told me that I had a "small" cavity and said he took care of it. Recently my mom had to go to a different dentist in LA due to an emergency and they told her that she had some severe cavities that were very old. Because of this, she told me to get checked up at a different dentist as well just in case, and when I did today, I was told that I have more than 5 sever cavities that need to be taken care of right away. If I had gone any later, I would have had to get a root canal. Never coming to this place and would never recommend to another. Don't let he neat appearance and nice workers fool you. It's just a waste of money and time. So disappointed.  Read Less

Only if you want to see the waiting room more than the dentist would I venture back to Eastern Dental Family Care.  This is the second try at this place and the first time I waited 11/2 hours and saw the dentist for about five minutes.  This time I waited for 45 minutes, and I was the first scheduled patient, and saw the dentist for 5 minutes.  After waiting I was told that if I "no showed" I would owe $10.  I wondered if I would get a discount for the long delay?There are always excuses, but this is a pattern.  If you believe this type of behavior is appropriate then by all means go here. Or if you have a specific language requirement then go here.  As for me, Methinks not.  Read Less
