Turns out somehow illinois state police had my foid number inactive and the card was showing up as loststolen even though it was in my hand

Since the firearm i was purchasing was on sale and i know have to wait for a new foid card to come in the mail summer added notes that they would honor my sale price to my account once i get the new foid card in the mail
