Pros
The results are fantastic, as good or even better craftsmanship than the original product. Service is professional, catering, and friendly. They have my strongest recommendation if you want to work with talented artists.
A 3 seater, love seat and an arm chair with matching ottoman. I have this chair that is about 70 yrs old and wanted redone. The workmanship is superb and even my dog loves the new chair.
Dyan suggested using the remnant for the "fronts and the sofa fabric for the cushion backs/bottoms and piping. Did a small job for my couch cushion.
Cons
Horrible business etiquette, obnoxious, and * people. Owner lies, makes false promises and even hangs up on customers. Really frustrated by my experience with these guys.
