All the staff is amazingly nice! They all seem very good at what they do. Staff is always courteous and friendly! Very satisfied with this place.
Customer service is phenomenal. Their prices are good. It's worth every cent.
My carin terrier has knee issues. He is a pekingese so their fur is super thick and long. My dogs alway look perfect.
Cons
It feels like a paid 45 dollars plus 20 tip to just get her bathed. It bleeds and it is an open sore. She was already overdue to be groomed.

I made the mistake of taking my old english sheepdog to another groomer and he was stressed when i picked him up and didnt look anywhere near as good as he does when i take him to dtails

My maize girl pooped in her kennel right before i picked her up and they rebathed her so i didnt take her home with poopy feet not their fault and they could have just sent her home

Theyd cut my fur babies hair with full pamper pomchi and my lilo chihuahua would just get the pamper only

They dont cage the dog and are quick with the grooming
