Friendly and great service. They did a great job with my two pups. One of them got his first haircut and I would imagine he's not easy to cut as he likes to move around a lot. The other one got her first haircut at this place a year and a half ago. They are very strict with proof of vaccinations, which  I like. It means they care about keeping this place disease free for their client's precious fur babies. They called ahead to remind me of my appointment. These groomers are just more patient and experienced with puppies so I decided to take them here instead of our regular groomer. My other groomer is more convenient to us as they have more hours available and appointments can be done sooner. But with good planning ahead and making appointments couple of weeks ahead you can secure a spot for your dogs at this place.Both pups were comfortable and happy when I picked them up. They looked so cute and furs were super soft (see pictures). Be prepared to leave the pups there for up to 5 hours. My two were done in 3.5 hrs.  Read Less
