First off, I have had some horrific experiences with Dental offices and Dentists..... Let me first off say what a Pleasure it was to call this office and have the pleasure of Speaking with Toral who took her time with me and made me feel so welcome to come into this office. They have an office in Hayward CA as well where I have also visited and they Staff there was equally amazing. Toral is such an amazing individual that she has taken the personal time to call me after procedures and work with me. Dr Patel.... Simply the best dentist I have ever seen. He is so thorough and was beyond my expectations. I didnt even feel the pinch of the needle to numb me as most everyone does and knows what im talking about. It is no wonder he does so much work for charity because it shows in how he cares for his patients. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs work done or has had a bad experience. I have referred my Mother to him and felt so amazingly comfortable with Toral that she comes from Los Angeles to see him for work. A+ work!  Read Less

For the response. It shouldn't take that long for someone to respond when they are fully aware of the situation or as you say "highly trained". I do suggest for the sake of your profession that you do employ and train some better personnel for the front since that truly is the face of your business. unless you don't care about what is really going on.  Oh. And by the way, we did have all necessary documents. Doctors, take an oath to help people in need. You, you bum. Are pure and simple - an extortionist who preys on people in need. I wouldn't  respond to anymore if your bad reviews. You are clueless and have lost sight of what it is to be a medical provider. Unfortunately, this review is only for the initial call and handling of initial request to be seen. I have to say that the secretary seemed to be genuine and and wanted to help but her efforts fell very short.  First of all, she kept saying " thank you for providing me with that information" after every sentence I would tell her. I felt like I was dealing with a Walmart call center or something. Not to mention that it also drags out a long phone call as it already is. Second,  she didn't seem to ask the correct questions on the initial call. So, it prompted at least two more call backs after she would be coached as to what the next line of questioning should be ? Not efficient at all if you ask me. Third,  they lead the potential of being seen on through several monotonous phone calls only to be denied the appointment on one small fact that they where already provided in the initial contact. HUGE RED FLAG. . With so many cutthroat, frightening, fly by night dental operations in the area, one has to be vigilant and careful so that they get the proper dental care and not a mouthful of unnecessary missing teeth if you know what I mean.  They are not on the best area and I have certainly found out that they do not have the properly trained front staff. I would say that this "book" may have a nice cover but it doesn't have the necessary parts inside to make it a "best seller" I'll pass.  Read Less

Dr. Atul Patel is a dentist that you can truly trust for all your dental needs. He will go over your options step by step and not over diagnose. My daughters and I have been with him for over 6 years and we ONLY go to him for our dental needs. That alone should say enough about his quality! Not only is he an awesome dentist, he also has a caring heart. He is the President and the founder for Smiles For Humanity which is a non profit organization that focuses on the undeserved children. Dr. Patel, Toral and the staff at Coyote Creek Dental and Cosmetic Dentistry Of Hayward definitely go above and beyond for their patients. I love you guys.  Read Less
