if not the higher floors are probably better Our room was cleaned daily fresh towels and water restocked everyday Although the room was small it was clean and modern Air conditioning is fab nnOn the second day the our blind wouldnt turn within the glass which meant we got a lot of light in the room very early we told reception and they said they would send someone up nothing was done that day so after speaking to them again they said there was no issues When they understood what we meant they told us it was a day job so would be fixed tomorrow which we were more than happy with this however upon leaving this had still not been fixed We also asked to keep our room on and went down to speak to reception at 10am we were asked our room number by a man in the office who asked our room number and said everything was fine and to pay the lady at the desk Upon doing this another man turned around and said no late check out today even though we had already been told yes We werent picked up from the hotel till after 11pm and as we didnt check in till after 4am we only had our room for 6 daysnights despite booking a 7 night holiday nnFood DrinknFood was good plenty of choice and the themed nights were good Staff were really helpful especially the girls in the middle Would 100 recommend the Chinese 3 course meal only 12 euro each Good food and staff very attentive as soon as they seen we were close to finishing our drink we had another Food wasnt always what we would pick at home but we never went hungry as the hotel do well the give a variety Bar staff were amazing also and non existent nnBearing this in mind I went to the Thomas Cook who was not helpfully and got them to put a mattress topper on the bed This did nothing to enhance the quality of the bed I asked to moved rooms to a room with an adequate bed It seems as though no mattresses have been replaced since the hotel opened despite them all being by their shelf life After requesting a move three times the reception manager finally moved us to room 2105 and was clearly unhappy about having to do so And the cleaner left the doors open after cleaning the room and due to this we ended up with ants all over the room in the bed sheets and under the bed Went to reception and rather moving us rooms they just changed the bed sheets The WiFi and tv reception was also broken in this room for most of our ten day trip The only helpful member of reception staff was Ivan the rest unhelpful and rude nnThe bed was slightly better in this room but have had better rooms and more comfortable beds in 3 hotels And
