First was a 2-night stay for business on Tue-Wed and second was over Memorial Day weekend for pleasure. \n\nFirst visit was nice and typical Westin. Good mid range business hotel stay...check in fine, room comfortable. Experience was good enough that I actually canceled another hotel reservation for Memorial Day to stay at the Westin....big mistake!!\n\nSecond visit, we return for Memorial Day. I don't know whether it was Memorial Day or just the weekend but the experience was awful. Our first night, the room was missing a TV remote...so we called. It didn't come in first 90 min and then we left for dinner, and we had to ask again. First night was warm in the room with weak and/on ineffective AC and not a great night's sleep.\n\nAfter a poor sleep, only decaf coffee (ok, not huge deal but had to go downstairs and pay). Shared our AC problem with front desk, and front desk person was very nice and said they'd get on it. Left at 9am and returned at 4pm. Room was still warm and NEVER serviced. Asked housekeeping on floor for some new towels but said she had none.
