My experience with them was really great. Citrus Fresh's crew is very professional, punctual, and detail-oriented; next time I need a carpet cleaned I definitely will be going to them again. Their work ethic has won them a loyal customer. Also, their prices are incredibly affordable for the quality of work which they do, I was surprised by just how great the carpet I wanted cleaned looked afterwards! Really disappointed. I called Citrus a week ago and asked to have my carpet cleaned, as I've done in the past. I requested Jose and was promised that Jose would be here this morning to clean my carpet between 8am and 10 am. Not only did they not send Jose (I was told he was on another job - which is really code word for a more important client), the person they did send, called me from outside my house at 7:15 am and asked if he could start early. I told him I would need 10 minutes to pull myself together.  He did a horrible job and left the carpet so wet that at 9:30 pm, parts of the carpet were still wet. In the past, my carpet would dry within four hours. I have a small home, with only area carpets, so when they lose me as a customer, they don't stand to lose much, however, I have been a very consistent customer, until today, when I was treated so poorly. Excellent service! I called Citrus Fresh in the morning and Lisa was able to have someone come out the same day, always on time! Reasonable prices compared to other places I received quotes from. Amit, the owner, is very pleasant and his staff gets the job done fast and thorough. I've used their services a few times always with great results. They use powerful equipment and my industrial floors and carpets look and smell great. I will definitely use Citrus Fresh again in the future and refer this amazing business to anyone who needs their floors cleaned.  Read Less
