We went to a dinner at the lodge they do them every month for couples that are having their wedding there or thinking about it and i can speak for both of us by saying we couldnt be happier with our choice of chefs
We loved baby spinach salad with strawberries goat cheese and a white balsamic vinaigrette wild mushroom pasta the bacon wrapped apricots miso brûléed salmon and the hamachi with avocado purée
