I had CertaPro repair and paint my upstairs two bedroom apartment, and was very impressed with their work. They patched up places on the walls that I didn't even realize were damaged, they left the place spotless when they were done, and were very good about working around my 3 dogs that came and went through their work space.I'm bringing them back to do another job in a couple of weeks, very highly recommended.  Read Less

I had scheduled CertaPro to come out to sand and stain my deck.  They were quick to have someone give me an estimate and the office staff was very nice.  However, I scheduled it to be done in the beginning of May, and it took until July.  During that time span, they confused my house with another and power washed the deck 3 times and never sanded or stained, which made the wood rough and splinter.  When they finally "fixed" the issue they never repaired any of the wood they ruined or smoothed any of the spots that were made rough from the power washing.  After continually calling and emailing the company, they sent another contractor out to fix the issues in July.  The contractor told me he would fix the issues and leave me with the extra stain in case I ever needed to make any touch ups.  In the end, only about half of the rough spots were repaired and after 10 messages I have still not received any of the extra stain for touch ups. They may come in with a lower price than some companies, but their work reflects their cheaper price.  Read Less
