Dr. Khanna himself is a unicorn. He explains everything and listens without interruption. He is a lifesaver!
The office manager dawn is an absolute gem. They all are so professional and compassionate. The attitude of the whole office is caring and nurturing.
This phenomenal team is a role model of how all the doctors' offices should operate. Dr. Wall, lauren, and the general staff here. Great location with good access to transit.
Cons
This place engages in incredibly sketchy billing practices. Employees' on their glassdoor page even mention their shady practices. This practice gives me the vibes of a corporate entity that cares about profit instead of actually caring for people.

After they gave me an rx to treat it they then went through a laundry list of surgical procedures that they would recommend for me none of which had been vetted by the md there and none of which had anything to do with my ear infection

I sought a second opinion from another ents office where the md there confirmed that they would recommend none of the surgical procedures that had listed for me and that all of them would only be done as a last resort after less invasive methods were attempted
