I've been here for over a year and I can't wait to movePros : friendly staff- most of the time and quick to do basic maintenance request, over all clean apartment Cons My apartment got broken into luckily nothing was taken this happen 2 days before I went out of state for 7 days. It took a week to fix my window - I still don't have a screen this happened back in June. The broken screen is still just sitting by apt. It's now November.      Walls are paper thin and the stairs are inside so every time your upstairs neighbor comes in you can hear them walking up the stairs and walking around you can hear their tv , them talking so just pray you don't get one with kids They in force the pool rules about 2 guest pre-apartment --- but not kid parties just adults who don't run/jump/splash/yell I had 4 friends after grilling went and sat in the pool and the on site officer went around checking people IDs and clickers when I said they were all with me I got told the rule and we left. BUT THEY HAVE KID POOL PARTIES ALL THE TIME.  Read Less

I can truly recommend Camden Apartments to everyone! Don't know from where to start... from the time that we felt a warm welcoming from Camden staff - until we call this place - "our home " !I would also like to praise to Maintenance Staff on very professional way to solving small issues, like smoke detectors batteries,alarm codes, etc.Place is very safe, neighborhood is nice and friendly, and gym and pool( with jacuzzi-of course) are something that makes our staying like in a hotel!!!  Read Less

I love these apartments! My husband and I have been living here for almost 2 years, and have been treated wonderfully. They welcomed us, helped us look for an apartment that we wanted. Alissa is amazing when it comes to explaining what is what. It's so nice to understand everything, and have it on paper in black and white.If you have a problem with something whether it's a light bulb, or simply getting your carpet steam cleaned (for those floor plans that have carpet) they will help. Alissa and Crystal (manager) both work with your schedule to make sure everything can get fixed, or taken care of while your home or not. I trust Camden completely, and know no matter what, they will do what they can to keep me happy!! I wouldn't hesitate to refer a friend to them. Alissa is extremely caring, and knows life happens. Crystal knows that people get busy with life, and forget the small things. I really enjoy living here!!The dog park is wonderful, everything you need is within driving distance. The store, fast food, 1431 is right down the road. These apartments are close to Vista Ridge, and right next door to Charlotte Cox Elementary. This is a wonderful gated community!!! If your looking for an apartment, make sure you look at Camden Brushy Creek first!!!!  Read Less
