The best feeling about going to Burns was that I felt like the people were working to try and sell me a car that I could afford, rather than grease me for all of the money they could. This was my first new car purchase and I really had a wonderful experience. I'd surely recommend Burns to anyone looking to grab a new or used Honda. I recently relocated to Cherry Hill and was still finishing up the moving process. However, I knew I need a car for my commute so I decided to go in. I put everything on the table about what I was looking for and my financial circumstance and Rebecca made me feel comfortable right away. I was asked what model I was looking at and informed her that it was the accord. In less than 10 minutes she ran out and grabbed an Accord and I was in the passenger seat and on my way. The car felt great riding shotgun, and then she pulled over and we changed positions. Of course, anytime I drive a vehicle that's not mine I feel nervous. But Rebecca told me to floor it and then bring it to an immediate stop so that I could feel the acceleration power and braking.  It was a sweet ride to say the least. As she navigated me back to the lot, she told me about the features and then we went back inside. As she started to jot down some information, she asked me if I was looking for a lease or to finance and I said whichever was most economically feasible. She ran the numbers and came back with the figures and I decided to finance to avoid the mileage limit because I'd be making a long daily trip to and from work. Once that was all done, the finance manager came out and shook my hand and asked if they could keep the price where it was, would I be ready to roll. And I said sure. In less than a half an hour, he had a nice deal for me, only 37 bucks higher than my top line, and those were with two good insurance add ons that I'd recommend to anyone buying a new vehicle with a lot of technology. And in just about 2hrs 30m, I drove out of there with a brand new 2016 Honda Accord in black with lots of cool features with a price I could afford. Didn't feel like I got robbed and it didn't take a century to get done.  Read Less
