I have used Miguel's services for many years and have spent thousands of dollars per year.  His services were excellent at the beginning, however I have noticed his employees starting to slack off in their level of service that I have experienced in the past.  Inconsistent treatment frequency, inconsistent quality of work, and poor follow up.  Do not know if his company is getting busier or due to lack of help.  Prices have steadily increased from when he started servicing my buildings to where I am beginning to question staying with him or not.  I have already requsted bids with other companies and will see if they will provide better service for a better price.  Read Less
