There was some minor damage to a gutter, which was repaired immediately the following day. They have done work for a bunch of houses on our street, now i know why.
Cons
Inspector discovers that two large beams that frame my roof are dangerously splitting. These people are clowns.

They didnt need to go into my neighbors yards at all even though half the tree leaned that way
