sure our stay is pleasant If you ask them for direction they don’t just tell you how to get there they’ll stop whatever they are doing and walk outside to show you the way If they see you pushing the stroller up the stairs they’ll come and help you If they’re on the golf cart and see you coming from the other direction they’ll back up to open the road until you safely pass You get the idea Management team takes their time to study each and every client we were greeted by name from people we’ve never met before One time our toilet got flooded We were gone so we didn’t even see it It was cleaned before we came back but management still insisted on upgrading the villa When we declined the offer they gave us a sorry note with a jar of chocolate How sweet nn Resort is extremely safe and exclusive No car can come in or get out without checking in with security at least twice If you are expecting a guest from outside you will have to inform receptionist ahead of the time nn Food I think was ok Oriente Breakfast Buffet was fun Tomahawk was not bad either I enjoyed salad u0026 pasta from Cello as well but it didn’t impress my partner My least favorite was saffron We also visited Punta Bonita u0026 Lago at Rosewood and both places were mindblowing Banyan Tree staffs helped us with the reservation and transportations nn Seaweed situations it’s bad and I feel so sorry for this place It’s a lot better than PDC because group of guys are working all day to remove it If clean beach is on top of your priority list consider taking ferry to Cozumel or Isla Mujeres We were happy at our own pool which was well heated nn They do offer drycleaning and laundry service which we used Very convenient nn Free bottled water and welcomefruits House keepers restock them once or twice a day
