I've been going to see Dr. Jay on and off for a few years now.  I only come in when I feel like I need it, and boy did I need it for the past few months.  For the past few months I have been suffering from back pain due to a slipped disc and coming in to get adjusted.  Each adjustment has a slightly different effect depending on the body sometimes the adjustments feel great, sometimes it hurts for a while before it gets better, but I always feel better in the long run.  The trouble is, or was, I kept injuring myself and kept having to get readjusted.  Until Dr. Jay recommended I work on my my core with Coach Jon at Hyper-Active Monkey Fitness who was able to help me out tremendously with my muscle imbalances... more on HAMF in another review.Dr. Jay's office has a Hawaiian theme to it, it's open only 3 days a week Tuesday through Thursday, but you never need an appointment to be seen!  Just walk in anytime from 11am to 7pm, hop on any of the 3 adjustment tables.  Sometimes there's a bit of a wait, and other times you can be seen immediately.Whether you're suffering from back pain, neck pain, a sprained ankle, wrist, or shoulder Dr. Jay can fix you up, and put you back together.Side note: Kid friendly and dog friendly!  Read Less
