I had a garage door failure and unhappy with a previous company that couldn't even show up to assess my problem I called A-1 because of their excellent reviews and ratings. I called at 8:30am on a Saturday morning and explained the issue I had with my Genie opener and she asked if it was okay to slot me in for a 9-11am service call. I couldn't believe that they were able to come out first thing on a Saturday to take a look. Omar showed up an hour later and new exactly the potential issue. He was able to diagnose the motor issue over the phone, but still made the trip to assess. He immediately ran some tests and determined it was the motor and went on to explain how the newer Genie models weren't that great. He didn't have to sell that statement too hard because there were 3 Genie models he had to replace the day before. Thinking that they would have to reschedule to replace my unit, they were actually able to replace it on the spot after diagnosing the problem and 2 hours later a brand new unit and working garage door.Great customer service and worked quickly.
