Worst customer service ever. Rude staff. Poor customer service even when something terrible happens to a customer. Is it my fault that some other manager worked there one day and brought other types of coupons?
Using only half of a non-renewable resource is dumb, idiotic and greedy. They won't even do an oil change on my 2001 vw passat as it has a skid plate on the bottom that needs to be detached before the oil change.
I appreciate a good hustle but this place is straight up so unapologetic about how scummy they are. Rot in *, * scammers.
